By accessing, browsing, or procurement through this Platform, you agree to comply with and be strictly bound by the following legal conditions. 1. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

All content featured or displayed on this Platform—including but not limited to digital layouts, text, editorial copy, graphics, photographic assets, custom product imagery, video material, logos, trademarks, and code (collectively, the "Content")—is the exclusive intellectual property of Akari's Hair.

  • Any unauthorized duplication, modification, distribution, scraping, extraction, or reproduction of this Content for personal, commercial, or competitor use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct violation of copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy

To maintain commercial integrity, Akari's Hair deploys advanced fraud detection systems.

  • Any attempt to submit fraudulent payment data, initiate unauthorized chargebacks after successful delivery, or falsely claim a package was not received (despite carrier-verified direct signature delivery) will be treated as civil fraud.

  • We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity directly to credit bureaus, merchant processors, and local law enforcement agencies in the buyer's jurisdiction. Furthermore, the offending party will be permanently blacklisted from all future procurement.

3. Limitation of Liability

Akari's Hair provides its Platform, high-end products, and transactional services on an "as available" basis. While we enforce strict quality control standards, Akari's Hair makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the specific performance of products when subjected to unauthorized chemical processing, bleaching, improper installation, or external alteration by third-party stylists.

In no event shall Akari's Hair, its executives, or its service partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of our products or platform navigation.

4. System Accuracy & Product Display

We make every effort to display the true colors, textures, and density of our premium hair collections as accurately as possible. However, because digital screen calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or texture will precisely replicate the physical product upon arrival. Akari's Hair reserves the right to modify pricing tiers, adjust available inventory, or cancel any submitted order due to typographical errors or pricing system anomalies.
